Mr. Morrow was born in San Francisco, California and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2012. Mr. Morrow is also admitted to practice before Oregon State Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a 2012 graduate of University of Maine School of Law, cum laude, where he served as an articles editor for the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal and as a student attorney within the university’s intellectual property clinic.
Prior to Joining Carter Momsen, Mr. Morrow developed a solo practice in Ukiah, California over the course of roughly three years. Mr. Morrow is also a 2006 graduate of Reed College where he earned a B.A. in Biology. Prior to law school, Mr. Morrow worked as a research biologist studying aberrant gene expression in high-grade gliomas at the University of California San Francisco and Barrow Neurological Institute.
Mr. Morrow serves as a member of the City of Ukiah’s Architectural Design Review Board, co-coaches the Ukiah High School’s mock trial team, and served the board of directors of Legal Services of Northern California from 2014-2016. He is a lifelong San Francisco Giants fan who enjoys backpacking in the Sierras.
